• Travel Trailers -$145 + tax/DAY
• Adventurer Motorhomes - $250 + tax + mileage/DAY

Additional KM Packages

• 100 kms - $60 + tax PLUS 60¢ / km over
• 500 kms - $60 + tax PLUS 50¢ / km over

*Rate includes 500 km/booking
 

Policies

• Bookings made online are considered requests until confirmed
• Time slots for booking include 3-4 nights or Week by Week
• The minimum driver's age for motorhome rental is 25 years old & must hold a valid Class 5 license
• Fuel & propane tanks will be full upon pick up and must be full when returned
• Destination Parameters - Within Canada. United States is not permitted. 
• Pick up between 9 AM - 12 PM & return between 12-3 PM (Drop-off needs to be completed with a Sherwood RV staff member to inspect RV upon return). Should the RV rental be returned after 3:00 PM, a charge of $72.50 will be applied.
• MUST NOT GO ON ROOF FOR ANY REASON
• We require a valid credit card and a $500.00 deposit to book. The remaining rental amount and an additional $500.00 damage deposit are collected once the trailer is delivered.
• CLEANING: We require that the rental be returned in the same condition as it was received. Clean and undamaged. Damage is the sole responsibility of the renter. Clean all countertops, sinks, appliances, shower/tub and toilet, leaving everything in a hygienic and waste-free state. Black and gray tanks must also be dumped. It is agreed that if the rental is returned in poor condition, a cleaning fee ($130.00 + tax) will apply.
• For health and safety reasons, pets are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Fees & Refunds

• 24-hour notice is required for a full refund
• No refunds will be given for early returns or unused units
• Cancellation fees are subject to applicable taxes
